Our Story
Our names are Kevin and Susana Koehn and together we have created a business we can be proud of. Kevin is the driving force of this company. He is the general contractor that comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience and the gift of being able to deliver just about anything. We have been married for 25 year and we have 3 Boys who we hope one day they will carry the legacy of quality workmanship, attention to detail and full integrity.
Koehn Enterprises was established in 2001 as Koehn Custom works Inc. and Since then, we have taken not just the name but the legacy, craftmanship, professionalism and the wisdom of the Koehn man before us. Our goal is to provide our customers not just an end result of a home they are happy with, but also a good experience as a home is built, of what can be a long process. Communication is very important. We would love to talk to you and walk through the process of growing your family home or business location. Weather it is a small renovation a new home or a new business location, it is our priority that quality work is done and that good ethics is practiced.
